From one of the bedrooms you go through a door and up to the old tower with a sunterrace. From there you have an incredible view all over the Delta from the river Ebro and the mediterranean sea. As well you can see into the indoor yard with its beautifull plants. The old ceelings in the whole building have been restored and reinforced with new hidden beams. Beside the mainbuilding there is an antique extension what can be used as a guest house. On the ground floor there is a kitchen-cum-living-room. Stairs are leading up to the first floor on to the fitted out mezzanine what is used as a bedroom. A door connects the mainbuilding and the extension on the first floor.
The big pool with its sunterrace and outdoor shower invites you for a swim or only for a refreshing bath during the hot summer months. The antique mill is spotted in a 4.5 hectar (9 acres) big olive and almond farm what is accessed by a private entrance. The farm is situated only 2 km away from the village LŽAmpolla and is surrounded by typcial catalan olive and almond farms. The water is supplied by a private well. The house is connected to the local power supply system and the telephone line.
